Our engineers are trained officially and certified by our partners to provide faster and better service to our customers all time. Alteraxis support center are making support more efficient for all concerned.
Our service team is dedicated to our project installations. Support and repair team includes service managers, service coordinators, service engineers, technicians, installers, and drivers.
Alteraxis also undertakes annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) with service level commitment (SLAs) for projects executed by us as well as those installed by others.
In the later case, the support-site is studied thoroughly before com mitments are made to insure our clients the best possible service.
