A team of qualified engineers and trained technicians with adequate project knowledge are deputed under the leadership of the project manager for management and administration in addition to the support from the technical experts. On larger projects our project manager is assisted by the project coordinator, the site manager, the planning engineer, the commercial manager, the purchase manager, the safety officer, the quality assurance representative, and other administration personal for the smooth and successful implementation of the project. However, we understand the complexity of the project, the time frame and budgets while identifying the project team.
